Fear is here! And it can be pretty scary. We may want to get rid of it quickly, but Fear can be useful. Fear helps to protect us by showing what is dangerous. Fear helps us learn and grow so that we can do scary things safely, and maybe discover they aren’t so scary after all. But Fear can make us anxious and stop us from doing things we want to do. The trick is to learn how to understand and live with fear.
Elise shows us how to tell the difference between the fear that’s there to protect us and the fear that takes over, and how to live harmoniously with this big feeling. Using her trademark monster characters and gentle humour, Elise brings a fun spin to a tricky topic that affects us all.
